RIVER DOWNS TRACK READY CINCINNATI, Ohio, April 15. Track superintendent J. O. Brown, who added thousands of feet of fine sand to the track since last fall, stated that the course is now in the best condition since the track was built, in addition to being one of the safest in America. The recent rains have worked wonders with the track and horsemen now working their charges daily, pronounce it one of the best they have seen. "The River Downs course will prove a tonic to the horses feet during the meeting and will result in fewer horses breaking down," one old:timer re-, marked after sending several of his stable over the oval for a morning spin today.
