DERBY CANDIDATES WORK LEXINGTON, Ky., April 15. James Cox Bradys War Magic, Mrs. A. M. Creechs Sir Ally and Calumet Farms Bull Lea were the only Kentucky Derby candidates to be seen in trials this morning., , .Bull Lea was drilled over the private track at Warren Wrights Calumet Farm, and" "the others tested the Keeneland oval. . Bull Leas speed for four , furlongs in :49 was an "opener"" for a stiffer1 work tomorrow, while War Magic" breezed a mile for the first time this year. Going along well in hand, War Magic was clocked the half in :51, six furlongs in 1:18, and the mile in 1:46. Sir Ally ran five furlongs in 1:02.
