i C. V. WHITNEY ANNOUNCES j MATCH RACE CONDITIONS JAMAICA, N. Y., April 15. C. V. Whitney of the Westchester Racing Association announced today the terms of the 00,000 match race between Seabiscuit and War Admiral had been agreed upon by Messrs. Riddle and Howard. The conditions of the race are: 1 The purse to be 00,000, all to the winner. 2 Date of the race to be Monday, May 30, weather permitting. 3 By 10 oclock on the moi-ning of May 30 Mr. Howard and Mr. Riddle must give the Westchester Association notice that the track conditions are satisfactory and that they will start their horses irrespective of what might happen after that time. If the race is postponed it shall be held on the first agreeable day thereafter under the same conditions and not later than June 3. Each horse is to carry 126 pounds a distance of a mile and a quarter. A suitable two-stall gate will be provided by the Westchester Racing Association for the start. The starting positions are to be the same as the Suburban Handicap and both horses start or no race.
