KEENELAND TURF NOTES i S Former jockey George Ury has made his return to the trainer ranks after being absent for a few years while employed at the farm of Mrs. John D. Hertz. Ury has been engaged to train the following horses for Milton Mbskowitz, Chicago patron: Silvery Cloud, Easy Sailing, Wayalof t, Transfun and Servant Sue. Another horse was added to the string that C. N. "Doc" Finch has quartered at Keeneland, when 1" 2 veteran plater Paul T. arrived from Jeffersonville, Ind., by van where he has been rested up since the close of the recent Oaklawn Park meeting. The two-year-old brown filly Fay D.t by Whichone Court Lady, was purchased by Mrs. E. Haughton from Jack Howard for a private consideration. The filly was a starter in the third race Friday afternoon and performed in the colors of Howard. It was reported at Keeneland that Mrs. Louise Hickmans Dusty Dawn, which finished third in the Phoenix Handicap inaugural feature Thursday, came out of the race in a bad way, and isnt likely to be seen under colors again during the current meeting. H. E. Murphy, who is conditioning the. horses owned by J. M. Betten, H. B. Allman and B. Nash, and which are stabled at the Fair Grounds, registered the following racers: Armentra, Lady Brilliant, Black Bonny, Grand Miss and Buna. Frank P. Letellier, who was present for the opening of the Kentucky season at Keeneland Thursday, returned to Louisville and contemplates sending two more horses here which will be handled by C. R. Valentine, who is training a public stable. The main division of the Letellier-Kay-Bell-Stall-ings outfit is at Churchill Downs. -4
