DINAH DID PLAY improved her position and finished, with a rush. BIDDER was in close quarters going to the far turn and took up, then came again. SINGLE, a prominent factor from the start, made ;i determined bid in the stretch, then hung, but finished in a dead heat with BIDDER for third. BATTER UP was in close quarters and was forced to take up in the earlv running. ALPHABOW came through on the inside in the stretch. PARABOLOID raced well. GREAT HURRY quit badly in the stretch. BRABANT showed an even effort. RETINUE was slow to begin MARNY was never a factor. DESERT BRUSH could not keep up. The others were outran. KNIGHT CALL was a prominent factor throughout and had no mishaps. LITTLE DAVEY was close up and held on well to the end. MARY SCHULZ quit in the stretch. FAMILY DOC raced well throughout. The latter, well up from the start and under mild restraint, closed with determination at the end. WALLER was slow to settle in his stride and, rounding the far turn while on the outside, improved his position and then finished with a rush. YANKEE CHANCE was kept forwardly all the way and had no mishaps. CORYDON was on the inside and failed to improve his position when urged. LLANERO was outrun to the final eighth.
