First Post 12 M. LOUISVILLE, Ky., May 1.— Post time for the first race Derby Day will be 12 oclock noon and the program will embrace nine races. Post time for the Derby itself is 5:30 P. M. The race carded for noon is staged for the entertainment of the thousands of fans who enter the grounds early so as to get a better choice of the places of vantage from which to view the classic.
