Harry Saladins New Position LOUISV1XLE, Ky., May 1.— The horses of the Arcturus Stable have been taken over by trainer Harry Saladin, who recently resigned as chief assistant to Ross O. Higdon, mentor of the extensive Herbert M. Woolf stable. Kirby Ramsey has been handling this Chicago-owned establishment for several years.
