Detroit Rulings DETROIT, Mich., May 28. The Detroit Fair Grounds stewards issued the following rulings here Thursday: "Jockey G. Olivera is suspended for 30 days, starting May 28 and ending July 1, for unfair tactics during the running of the eighth race Wednesday, May 27. Trainer L. W. Johnson is fined 0 for abuse of gthe badge privilege."
