Robert Shelley Due Monday CRETE, 111., May 29. Robert S. Shelley, racing secretary at Arlington Park and other tracks, will be in Chicago Monday, according to word reaching here today. He is coming from his home in Florida, where he has been vacationing since the close of the. Narragansett Park meeting, during which he also served as secretary. On his arrival Shelley will swing immediately into preparations for the Arlington season.
