Garden State Post Time CAMDEN, N. J., June 21.— Post time for the first race at the Garden State Park meeting opening here on July 7 will be 2:30, general manager Walter Donovan said today. Entries will close at 10:30 a. m. With no racing on Mondays, the entries for Tuesday will be taken on Saturday mornings. Scratch time will be at 1:30 a. m., and on Saturdays at 8:00 a. m.
