Late Opening-Day Post Time BALTIMORE, Md., April 12. — A 1:00 P. M. post time for todays first race of the combined meeting of Marylands four tracks at Pimlico was brought about because of the crowded condition, unfavorable weather and the injection of certain matters pertinent to the season. Henceforth, the 12:00 noon post for the first race will prevail through the week, while on Saturday it will be 1:00 P. M.
