Mitchell Handles Bowers Book l BALTIMORE, Md., April 12.— Goldie 1 Mitchell, recently discharged from the United States Army, has taken over the 2 book of apprentice Leonard Bowers. Mitchell, who has handled some of the outstanding " riders of the country in recent years, ti has also taken over the job of stable agent I for H. G. Bedwell.
