Lieut. W. Flanigan Makes Good LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 12.— William Flanigan, now Lt. William Flanigan of ,the Air Corps, dropped in on his family, John J. Flanigan and Mrs. Flanigan. It was his first visit since entering the service 13 months ago. Flanigan, a former owner and nephew of Tommy Oliphant, departed for service with this farewell remark: When I return lt will be in the uniform of an officer of the Air Force."
