Neves Remains in West HOMEWOOD, 111., June 26. According to information brought here by E. L. Fitzgerald, jockey Ralph Neves will not be here to ride during the Arlington and Washington Park meetings. "I wanted him to come here to ride for Mr. Church Norman W. Church, but he preferred to go to Long-acres," Fitzgerald stated.
