b b b ■ . b b b 0 o h b b Swisher Resigns Post NEW YORK. N. Y.. June 27.— John J. Swisher, field representative of the Jockeys Community Fund and Guild, resigned his post today. For two years Swisher was general manager of the jockeys organiza-h tion. Succeeded by A. J. Cleary, he was appointed field representative. More re-D cently J. P. Kelly was appointed general manager, with Swisher remaining as field representative. Swisher felt that greater opportunities for him existed in some other line of racing activity and decided to ter-h minate his connections with the guild.
