James Brink Acquires Third Farm in State of Kentucky CINCINNATI, Ohio, June 27.— James Brink, owner of the Lookout Stock Farm, who races a good stable of thoroughbreds headed by Foreign Agent, announced the purchase of the 173 -acre Shinkle Center Farm, located between Fort Mitchell and Erlanger, Ky, on the Dixie Highway. Several buildings are on the property and, according to the stamps affixed to the deed, the purchase price was 50,000. Rumors have been rampant for many weeks to the effect that a race track was going to be built on this big estate, but Brink stated today that the farm will be used for breeding purposes and to house his racing stable. At present Brink has two other farms in Boone County where horses are raised. He plans to build a training track on the farm, where his thoroughbreds will receive their early racing education.
