Honor Col. David Egan EAST BOSTON. Mass.. June 27.— The he local division of the Horsemens Benevolent nt and Protective Association 3-esterday tendered n_ a testimonial luncheon to Col. David ■d Egan in the Suffolk Downs clubhouse.
