Delaware Park Rulings DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., June 1. — The stewards issued a ruling late yesterday suspending jockey Walter Mann 10 days, effective Saturday, Tune 1 for his ride astride Ellendale, who was disqualified after finishing first in the first division of the Polly Drummond Stakes. The ruling stated that Mann had cut across sharply at the break and continued to pile up the field in the run to the three-eighths pole. The stewards also fined apprentice Don Padgett 00 for careless riding astride Mrs. George Foxs Bungalese during the running of the Wilmington Handicap on Wednesday.
