Johnny Owens Riding Well SUFFOLK DOWNS, East Boston. Mass., June 1. — Johnny Owens, the Waldeboro, S. C, apprentice who was hurt last year and then got himself fit by galloping horses at Columbia, S. C, is riding in excellent form. The young horsebacker from the Iodine State collected a double on Friday when he scored with Local Finance and Cee Raf. He has five winners to his credit during the first five days at the Suffolk Downs meeting.
