Fine Two Riders at Detroit FAIR GROUNDS, Detroit, Mich., June 1. — The Detroit Racing Association stewards issued the following rulings here today: "Jockey H. Wallace is fined 0 for striking jockey R. Gonzalez with his whip after the running of the fifth race on May 31. Jockey R. Gonzalez is fined 0 for creating a disturbance in the jockeys room after the running of the fifth race on May 31."
