Narragansert Aids HBPA SUFFOLK DOWNS, East Boston, Mass., June 1. — The Narragansett Park Racing Association today donated ,000 to the New England Division of the HBPA. The New England division of the HBPA granted a loan of ,000 to the New York division for the purpose of purchasing a van. The vehicle will be used to transport members horses from Aqueduct to Belmont Park.
