To Portray Assault, Hirsch BELMONT PARK, Elmont, L. I., N. Y., June 7. — Russ Ellis, well-known painter of thoroughbreds, was a Belmont visitor today. Ellis recently completed a portrait of Calumet Farms Armed with trainer Ben Jones and has been commissioned to do Assault and Max Hirsch as a cover for a thoroughbred publication.
