i Four Arlington Stakes Slated to Close Today ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, 111., June 7. — Horsemen were being reminded today by Arlington Park officials of the closing tomorrow "Saturday" of the first four stakes that will be run during its 36-day meeting opening June 17. The features closing are the 0,000 Clang at seven furlongs, the 0,000 Hyde Park for two-year-olds at five and one-half furlongs, the 5,000 Princess Doreen for three-year old fillies at six furlongs and the 0,000 Equipoise Mile. Both the Clang and Equipoise are for three -year-olds and upward and will be run June 19 and June 26, respectively. The Hyde Park and Princess Doreen will feature the program of Saturday, June 22. The following Saturday, June 15, will be the deadline for naming entries to the 5,000 Skokie for three-year-olds, the 5,000 Pollyanna for juvenile fillies, the 0,000 Stars and Stripes and the 5,000 Myrtlewood, the latter two events are for three-year-olds and upward.
