Hettingers First Offense SUFFOLK DOWNS, East Boston, Mass., June 8. — When jockey George Hettinger was set down for 10 days as the result of rough riding in Wednesdays sixth race, it marked the first time in the six years he has been riding that he has incurred the wrath of the stewards. However, he was quick to admit he was in the wrong, after seeing the telefilm showing the running of the race.
