Sues Los Angeles Turf Club LOS ANGELES, Calif., June 10.— Suit for 0,000 damages against the Los Angeles Turf Club, operators of Santa Anita track, was filed in Superior Court today by William Spilberg, who charged that he was forcibly ejected from the race course on two occasions last March. The plaintiff charged that while conducting himself in a law-abiding manner, several employes of the track subjected him to assault, battery and false imprisonment on March 6 and 8. The employes, made party to the suit, were unidentified by name.
