Errard in Slow Gallop HAWTHORNE, Cicero, HI., June 10.— John Marschs Errard, winner of the Crete Handicap here on opening day, and who sustained an injury that was believed serious enough to keep him from running the remainder of the year, is back on the training track. He was slowly galloped around the course this morning without showing any signs of lameness. If he continues to go well trainer Burley Parke hopes to have him ready to resume competition within the next month. Parke, however, is keeping his fingers crossed, for he isnt overly confident that the sprinter will hold up under the grind.
