Charles Town Rulings CHARLES TOWN, W. Va., June 10.— The ie Charles Town stewards today issued the in following rulings: "Trainer C. A. Cranford is fined 5 for failure to be in the paddock to saddle his entry in the second race. "Jockey J. Tammaro is suspended five days for rough riding in third race. "Norman Y. Mills is barred from the grounds of the Charles Town Jockey Club for practices detrimental to the best interests of racing. It has been recommended to the West Virginia Racing Commission that this ruling apply to all tracks under its jurisdiction."
