Hold Rites for Frank D. Schuyler in Miami MIAMI, Fla., June 15. Requiem Mass for Frank D. Schuyler, 49, former general manager and treasurer of the Coral Gables Racing Association, was intoned today in S.S.Peter and Paul Catholic Church. Burial was in Woodlawn Park, where the Harvey Seeds Post of the American Legion conducted military rites. Schuyler died Wednesday in a hospital after an illness of several months. He lived at 1755 S. W. 12th Street. He came from Jacksonville 26 years ago and was a certified public accountant and a veteran of World War I. Surviving are a son, Frank D., Jr., and a brother, Walter L., both of Miami,
