Kentucky Board Meeting CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville, Ky., May 2. — A special meeting of the Kentucky State Racing Commission has been called by chairman Leslie Combs II. for next Tuesday morning, when the commissioners will meet in the stewards room here. The case of C C Heverley, trainer, who is appealing a 60-day suspension will be among matters taken up at the special meeting.
