Hope for Good Track CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville. Ky., May 2. — Cloudy weather, with intermittent sprinkles, prevailed here today, and the track was muddy, and drying out towards slow. Tom Young, track superintendent, said that if no more rain fell, the track would be "good" for the Derby running. Lack of sun through the greater part of the day retarded the drying out process. The exact status of the track for tomorrows seventy-third Derby running will depend a great deal on the amount of sun and wind it receives tonight and tomorrow.
