Deny Claim of George Spiro SUFFOLK DOWNS, East Boston, Mass., May 2. — George Spiro, attired in riding boots, was accused by police of stealing 0 from an Arlington, Mass., housewife in a department store incident today. Spiro, according to police, claimed he was an exercise rider at Suffolk Downs, but a search of the records here showed that he has never been connected in any manner with thoroughbred horse racing.
