Air Travelers Ship Well NEWARK, N. J., May 19.— Four horses shipped by air from Italy to the United States arrived at Newark Airport late Saturday aboard a Seaboard and Western Airlines plane after a 25-hour journey. Among them was Gladiolo, three-year-old champion and leading money-winner in Italy last year. Like the others in the shipment, Teramo, Terrero and Certe, he was reported in good condition when unloaded. The horses were consigned to Rex C. Ellsworth, West Coast breeder.
