Goyernali, Bucklew and Hokuf Named Columbia Assistants NEW YORK, N. Y., May 1. — UP _* Three former professional stars — Paul Governali, Phil Bucklew and Steve Hokuf — will assist head coach Lou Little with the Columbia football team next season, it was announced today. Governali, one of the Lions* outstanding all-time backs, was named a permanent assistant, the other two temporary. Governali, who holds or shares H Columbia single-game or season records, played one season for the Boston Yanks and two for the New York Giants. Governali will be an assistant backfield coach, while Bucklew and Hokuf will assist with the linemen.
