Inviting Cooperation of Readers Daring 1949, 26,832 races were ran on the North American continent. Approximately 27,000 races will be run this year. In addition to compiling and printing charts of every one of these races, DAILY RACING FORM publishes past performances and a tremendous volume of other statistics in its newspapers throughout the country, the Monthly Chart Book and The American Racing Matm*l. Although every precaution is taken to prevent errors, the extraordinary amount of work involved and the human element factor make perfection impossible.
