Van Berg to Divide String SPORTSMANS PARK, Cicero, M., May 13. — Marion H, VanBerg, Columbus, Nebr., horseman, announced this morning he intends to campaign a string of 12 horses at the Lincoln Fields-at-Washington Park meeting, which opens ■Tuesday. He stated the remainder of the menage, numbering about 20 head, will go to the Detroit race track for participation during the 35-day spring meeting the Michigan Racing Association will conduct in the Motor City. The Detroit session gets under war May 25.
