Lincoln Fields Scratch Time WASHINGTON PARK, Homewood, HI., May 13. — Lawrence C. Bogenschutz, racing secretary and handicapper for the Lincoln Fields Racing Association, announced this morning that a change has been made for scratch time during the 29*-day session which begins here Tuesday. Bogenschutz posted the notice for horsemen that scratch time on week days will be 7:45 a. m. and on Saturdays at 7:30 a. m.
