OHara Resigns Randall Post PIMLICO, Baltimore, Md., May 13. — L. Ed OHara, who was a visitor here for the running of the Dixie Handicap, announced that effective immediately he has resigned as general manager of the Randall Park race track. North Randall. Ohio. Randall Park was recently acquired by a syndicate made up largely of Marylanders.
