Hear Fiske Petition on June 19 19HOLLYWOOD HOLLYWOOD PARK Inglewood Calif June 10 Judge Malcolm Glenn of the Superior Court in Sacramento will on June 19 hear a petition based on the claim that the charges of insubordination and dis ¬ courtesy filed against Alfred B Fiske sec ¬ retary of the racing board are illegal and that he should not be tried on them If Judge Glenn finds in Fiskes favor Fiske automatically will be restored to office from which he now stands suspended Fiske is represented by attorneys John Phillips of Sacramento and Don Marli of Los Angeles
