CHINN AT HOMEWOOD HOMEWOOD, 111., June 27.— Col. Phil. T. Chinn, master of Himyar Stud, arrived from Lexington. Turfmen were interested in a photograph of a new stable which he has built on old Hickory Farm for the stallions High Time, Carlaris, Crusader, Donnacom, Noah and Flittergold. The building is equipped with every device for safety. The stalls are so arranged that the horses may see each other. Colonel Chinn has found that companionable arrangement is "conducive to the happiness of horses," as expressed by him.
