TRACK PLEASES COE HOMBWOOn. HI.. June 27— W. R. Coe, who came here from New York to familiarize himself with the condition of his west--, n racing division, said he was pleased. Mr. Coe told the management of the Washington laik Jockey Club that the new plant is in many respects an innovation. He will leave today for Cody, Wyo.. to enjoy a rest. He is the owner of the Buffalo Bill Ranch.
