GENE LEIGH BACK IN U. S. NEW YORK, N. Y.. June 27.— Eugene Leigh, who brought Epinard to this country from France for a series of races, was a visitor of the day. Leigh arrived from France yesterday and plans a stay of three weeks. He will journey to Kentucky before returning home. Leigh witnessed Reigh Counts victory in the Coronation Cup and was loud in the praises of the invader. He did not witness the running of the Ascot Gold Cup, being called back to France on business before that running.
