PROCEEDINGS 1 $ Tany Licenses Granted Trainers and Riders — Others Tabled by As- sociation — Steward Resigns. i PIMLICO, Md., May 10.— The proceedings j lof the board of stewards of the National • Steeplechase and Hunt Association, held in the club house of the Maryland Jockey Club, I Pimlico, Md., Saturday, May 7, 1932, at 1 oclock. Present were Messrs. H. W. Sage, A. C Bostwick, J. E. Davis, F. S. Von Stade and Frank J. Bryan, secretary; Presiding, Mr. J. E. Davis. Applications for certificates as amateur Riders granted were Holmes Alexander, Hen-Xy B. Barlow, Jr., Crawford Burton, J. T. Carpenter, Charles T. Castleman, T. W. Durant. Howard B. Edwards, T. Temple, Gwathmey, tJoseph A. Hale, James C. Hamilton, Charles C. Harrison III., Townsend B. Martin, Arthur McCassin, J. R. Mcintosh, Price McKinney, B. E. Murphy. Albert G. Ober, Jr., James Park, John Pearson, D. J. Randall, Jr., Stuart Rose, Giles Stanton, R. C. Stewart, Jr., Lewis Rutherford, Stuyves-ant, Randolph Taylor, J. Van Holland Davis, J. Bowes Bond. +To ride only horses trained by himself as provided by the rules. The following applications were tabled: Amateur riders, Isaac Mourar, Fisk Waring. The following licenses were granted: Jockeys: fElmer Albright, H. Jeffcott, Bryan A. Marshall, J. McGovern, L. Miller, Angus Scott, M. Sims, F.
