Present were Messrs. H. W. Sage, A. C Bostwick, J. E. Davis, F. S. Von Stade and Frank J. Bryan, secretary; Presiding, Mr. J. E. Davis. Applications for certificates as amateur Riders granted were Holmes Alexander, Hen-Xy B. Barlow, Jr., Crawford Burton, J. T. Carpenter, Charles T. Castleman, T. W. Durant. Howard B. Edwards, T. Temple, Gwathmey, tJoseph A. Hale, James C. Hamilton, Charles C. Harrison III., Townsend B. Martin, Arthur McCassin, J. R. Mcintosh, Price McKinney, B. E. Murphy. Albert G. Ober, Jr., James Park, John Pearson, D. J. Randall, Jr., Stuart Rose, Giles Stanton, R. C. Stewart, Jr., Lewis Rutherford, Stuyves-ant, Randolph Taylor, J. Van Holland Davis, J.
