QUESTIONNAIRE SOUND NEW YORK, N. Y„ May 10.— There is absolutely no truth in a report that James Butlers Questionnaire had gone amiss. It had been said that the son of Sting and Miss Puzzle had broken down in his last work. As a matter of fact his last move, at the Empire City course, was Saturday morning, when he went along for an easy mile in 1:42. Questionnaire has no engagements at Belmont Park, but trainer Johnson promises he will be ready when wanted at Aqueduct.
