POLO PARE OPENS SATURDAY WINNIPEG, Man., June 16. Polo Park, the first of the two Winnipeg trr.cks, will get under way Saturday, June 18, with 450 horses on the grounds. Following the Calgary meetings a special train brought down 300 head and these have been augmented by shipments from Chicago, Toronto and Kansas City. The opening day feature will be the Western Canada Handicap, with 52,000 added, and the other purses range from 00 to ,000. A daily handicap of ,000 will be featured. Racing will continue until July 4,
