BLUE BONNETS OPENS TODAY MONTREAL, Que., June 16. Racing on the Canadian Racing Association circuit shifts to the picturesque Blue Bonnets course of the Montreal Jockey Club, with the inauguration of their spring term of racing here tomorrow. Favored with a large number of good performers to choose from in making up the daily races, and the course crowded to capacity with available racing material, it is likely that large and well balanced field will hold sway for the length of the seven-day meeting. With the plant redecorated and everything spic and span for the return of the thoroughbreds to Montreals leading course, it is expected that a banner meeting will be staged and all that is needed to bring this about is a good brand of weather. Local merchants and supporters have been showing much enthusiasm for the meeting now at hand, while hostelries report a heavy demand for accommodations as the tourist season is well on its way.
