MEREWORTH STUD DISPERSAL NEW YORK, N. Y., June 16. There has come announcement of another important dispersal sale in the disbanding of the horses that have raced under the silks of the Mere-worth Stud Stable. In this racing establishment Walter J. Salmon was the controlling figure and the following self-explanatory announcement was sent out: "Mereworth Stud has decided to disband its eastern racing stable and will sell at private sale the horses they now have in care of trainer P. F. Dwyer. "Mereworth Stud regrets that conditions make this step necessary and the releasing of trainer P. F. Dwyer. They cannot give enough praise to Mr. Dwyer for the manner in which he handled the horses. He has been very conscientious and economical in the operation of the racing stable. We hope Mr. Dwyer will be able to make some satisfactory connections shortly." The three-year-old hope of the establishment was Mad Pursuit, liberally engaged in the various three-year-old classics of the year, while the stable was well equipped in each aged division.
