CONTINUE BAN AGAINST ! J. MGRAW AND J. LONGO j DETROIT, Mich., July 14.— The stewards of the Detroit Racing Association issued the following ruling today in regard to trainer J. McGraw and jockey J. Longo: "The stewards of the Detroit Racing Association gave a hearing Saturday to trainer J. McGraw and jockey J. Longo, giving them the opportunity to explain the sudden improvement of Lady Menifee in her last race and the incidents growing up to it. The explanations were not satisfactory and the suspension against McGraw and Longo were continued and a recommendation made to the racing commissioner to withdraw their licenses. "The horses under the care and superin-tendency of McGraw also have been suspended from racing, pending further action on the part of the stewards as to the disposition of their standing."
