1 ARLINGTON PARK NOTES I e « Leon Mandel, one of the owner-executives of Mandel Bros. Stores, had as his guests Thursday at the Post and Paddock Club, Arlington Park, the president of the Jockey Club of Havana, Cuba, Frank Steinnart and Mr. and Mrs. Henry Wyzanski. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Mandel also were in attendance as was the former vice-president, Charles G. Curtis. Another visitor of interest was George Jessel.
