HAMTRAMCK STAKES WORKS DETROIT, Mich., July 25.— First Entry, which won the Motor City Stakes under George Morris colors, had his final stiff preparation for his Hamtramck Stakes engagement when he went a handy five-eighths this morning in 1:00%. The Elm Tree Stables Fast Stride breezed five-eighths in 1:01%, and Gorham Brothers Mannie ran three-quarters from the barrier in 1:15%, handily. Joe F. Patterson, who named five of the Audley Farm juveniles for the ,500 added stakes that features Saturdays program, notified the management that he was sending two or more eligibles here to carry the Jones colors in the five and a half furlongs dash. From all indications a field of twelve or more youngsters will go postward for the dash, which will be the second of the three stakes for juveniles offered during the summer meeting. ■ — ,
