GAYS UNIQUE HONOR NEW YORK, N. Y., April 9. Charles R. Gay was given a unique honor by the New York Stock Exchange committee yesterday, when that body designated him the official president of the greatest security market in the world. This move broke all precedents. Gay has been a governor of the Exchange for twelve years.
